India’s 227-member team will enter the Commonwealth Games to be held in Australia’s Gold Coast from April 4-15.

On Monday, the President of the Indian Olympic Association (IOA) Narendra Dhowu Batra announced this in a program in presence of Union Sports Minister Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore and players. On this occasion Rathore and Batra revealed the dress and play kit of the opening and closing ceremony of the Indian team.
Batra also said that, 227 members of India will enter the Commonwealth Games in Gold Coast. This group comprises 123 men and 104 women players. It will be India’s second largest group in the history of Commonwealth Games. The Indian athletics team will have 37 players and 36 players in hockey.
