Heavy metal legends Metallica to perform at new Milwaukee Bucks arena

Legendary heavy metal band Metallica will bring its year-long “WorldWired Tour” to the new Milwaukee Bucks arena Oct. 16 for the band’s first Milwaukee concert in nearly 10 years. Tickets go on sale to the general public Friday at 10 a.m. at the Wisconsin Entertainment and Sports Center. Insider ticket pre-sale starts Thursday at 9 a.m. The price range for tickets is $65 to $135 plus fees. So far, the schedule has Metallica launching the tour Sept. 2 at the Kohl Center in Madison.
