PR Minister Dr. Mishra Visits Rural Areas of Datia District

Minister for Public Relations, Water Resources and Parliamentary Affairs Dr. Narottam Mishra toured Dangrakuwan, Hinotiya and Bhilla village of district Datia today and informed farmers about the drought relief amount.
He said that the government is making constant efforts to enhance the agricultural income. Farmers are needed to come forward and derive benefits from the schemes. He mentioned that the state government will purchase wheat at the rate of Rs. 2 thousand per quintal from the farmers.
During the interaction with the farmers at Dangrakuwan, he informed that an amount of Rs. 41 lakh 73 thousand 859 has been sanctioned for 974 farmers of the village. Moreover, he also informed the farmers about the various schemes.
Dr. Mishra told the farmers that relief amount will be given to each farmer affected by the hailstorm and drought. A sum of Rs. 22 lakh 32 thousand 124 has been sanctioned for 430 farmers of village Hinotiya.
He also told the farmers to give their necessary documents to either patwari or tahsildar for the relief amount.
Dr. Mishra said that electricity will be supplied to each majra tola and settlement under the Soubhagya Yojana of the union government. No house will be left without electricity connection.
During his visit to village Bhilla, Dr. Mishra informed that an amount of Rs. 11 lakh 24 thousand 436 will be provided to 176 farmers of the village. Similarly, Rs. 49 lakh 22 thousand 967 has been sanctioned for 768 farmers of village Ravri.
He made announcement for construction of road from Bhilla to Hidora on the demand of the villagers. Several Public Representatives, Farmers and Villagers were present during his visit.
