Second day of ‘Ujaas 2017’ organised

The second day of the annual fest ‘Ujaas 2017’ organised at Anand Vihar College for Women was filled with wondrous performances and a lot of fun.

On Saturday, the students participated in the ramp walk that was really enjoyed by the students. Not only this, but various fun filled competitions were also enjoyed by the students.

The annual function is divided into various segments where the participants showcased the performances before the audiences. The series of competitions began with the Greeting Card Making competition. Under this competition the groups of individual participants had to decorate their greeting cards to the best of their skills.

The students gave entirely different look to the cards and received much appreciation from the judges and the audience.

Besides, the students also showcased their creative skills in nail art competition. This artistic competition was all about nail decoration where the students drew different designs on nails giving them a funky and colourful look.

The attraction of the second day was the highly unique fashion show. This show was organized under the annual function Ujaas and the participants displayed their inimitable talent before the audiences. The students designed the dresses too and also presented their creativity on the ramp.

The students presented western outfits, indo-western outfits and traditional outfits on ramp. The fashion show was held in three rounds where the students showcased their confidence, enthusiasm and also IQ level.

The students under various categories bagged the prizes for the best performance. The second day was an enchanting experience for the performers as well as the audiences.
