
As many as nine students were killed and 24 others injured on Saturday after a vehicle crashed into a school building in Bihar's Muzaffarpur.
The speeding car rammed the building at the time of dispersal of classes and crushed the children to death while they were on their way home.
The wounded children were shifted to nearest hospital for medical aid and treatment.

Meanwhile, Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar took stock of the situation. He also announced ex-gratia of Rs 4 lakh each to the families of the deceased students.
