An investigator with the Gangwon Provincial Police Department told The Canadian Press the two Canadians and an American woman were still in custody Saturday night in Gangneung.
He would not identify them, but CBC reported Canadian skier Dave Duncan, his wife and Canadian technical coach Willy Raine were in the group that allegedly stole a car while drunk and drove it to the athletes' village.
