Brands have been under investing in the last two decades especially in the last 3-5 years since the financial pressures have gone up to deliver short term results, said Irwin Gotlieb at The Economic Times Global Business Summit, the chairman of the world’s largest media buying and planning firm, GroupM which is overseeing more than one-third of the total media spends of the world.
