Not very long back, Nitisha and her husband Saurabh Natani had no work. They were looking for jobs in various private organizations. One day Nitisha thought about manufacturing silver sheet used in making dona pattal. She checked out the technique of manufacturing silver sheet on YouTube.

They needed capital so they contacted the District Handloom Office and Bank.
The District Handloom Office prepared an estimate of machine, godown and complete arrangement needed for silver paper craft sheet manufacturing under Mukhya Mantri Swarozgar Yojana.

On the initiative of the district administration and the bank, a loan of Rs 6 lakh 48 thousand was approved by the bank to Nitisha Natani. They also got the benefit of margin money of Rs 2 lakhs.

Under this scheme, if the bank loan is repaid on time, an additional concession of 5 percent is given on interest. This way on successful running of the project and timely repayment of bank installment, only 6 percent interest will be payable.

The Natani couple gradually expanded their business. After four months the situation is that they are able to pay monthly bank installment of Rs 13750 without any hindrance. Apart from this, they have hired services of three employees whom they are paying Rs 7000 each.

With this business, Nitisha and Saurabh are earning an income of Rs 20 thousand per month. Today their Ujjain Dona Pattal manufacturing work is expanding very fast.Their dona pattals are being sold in other cities also.
