- Hindu brethren should not stop producing children: Saini
"Hum do, hamare 18 (Us two, our 18)", BJP MLA Vikram Saini, a legislator from Uttar Pradesh's Muzaffarnagar is the latest entrant in the league of men stoking controversy by giving inflammatory, retrograde sermons in public rallies.
Addressing a public meet in Muzaffarnagar on Friday, the Khatauli MLA endorsed that the Hindu brethren should not stop producing children, until a law on population control is imposed in the country.
He said, "You (Hindu men) have a free hand, don't stop till a law is made on population control,", the BJP MLA elucidated that Hindus should exploit the opportunity to produce as many children as possible.

As an example, Saini boasted about how he ignored his wife's pleas against having more kids after bearing two and told her to "not stop producing children".
Reportedly, the MLA was speaking at a population control programme in the UP's district.
The BJP MLA made headlines in January this year over similar erratic remarks, when he said that Hindustan is for Hindus, insinuating that Muslims should go to Pakistan.
