Focussed on the topic of woman empowerment, this 95-minute-long film alongside Avanthika Mohan is screened in many film festivals in the state.”Though it has not earned any accolades, ‘Prize Money’ made it to the final stages of few film festivals. Many who saw it give a good response.” Says the film maker.
Back in his school days, the visual arts enthusiast was more into sports and have won National-Level competitions in Sprint and Long Jump.

Apart from film making and acting, he is also a painting artist.  The entrepreneur, who later completed a direction course at C- DIT, still finds time for devoting himself to his hobby. Speaking about his love for painting and film making, “I used to paint during my school days and was interested in direction as well. Though I am not able to dedicate much time to it, I continue to do it as an interest and hope to pursue it more seriously as well.”

Balancing both his passions and profession, the film maker cum painter, who is currently working on a commercial venture, has a number of goals in mind. He asserts, “I plan to make at least two films in a year, with some of them exclusively for film festivals. My first film, which dealt with women empowerment was an attempt at portraying the expectations people have from women, who plays multiple roles in life”, Peter said.

He mentioned that men have to accept women as individuals and let them follow their dreams. He said his aim is to spread a different concept or messages through films, which he feel has more reach and is very effective as a medium. He notes that people may not be ready to listen if such concepts are  expressed verbally.
