Wald Japanese Things: Lexus LC 500 Coupe And LS 500h Sedan

They may not be as flashy as Liberty Walk’s, but subtle isn’t the word you’re looking for when trying to describe Wald International’s tuning projects.

The aftermarket Japanese firm has just unveiled its latest creations: the Lexus LC and LS.

The LS 500 coupe benefits from a new body kit that takes care pretty much of the entire exterior. Available for both versions of the premium grand tourer, it includes modded bumpers, fender sets, front spoiler, side skirts, rear diffuser, trunk spoiler and a tweaked grille.

New wheels complete the package, and despite its moded exterior, there isn’t that much going on inside, as the only upgrade concerns the the paddle shifters, which are carbon fiber.

Featuring similar updates that should cater to JDM enthusiasts is the Lexus LS sedan. The tuner has chosen the 500h version of the company’s flagship saloon, which wears a new body kit that includes an FRP-made front apron, new bumpers, side skirts, trunk lid spoiler, and gigantic rims.

The bundle of upgrades fits all trim levels, except for the F Sport.

I guess when you compare it to other kits out there this is subtle. I don’t love it but I don’t hate it either. It could be worse.

I don’t mind the kit on the LC, except the rear fender flare. That’s not a good looking addition.
The LS however………Wow, that is horrid!
