Auto business expanded steadily to reach premium volume of US$118 bln

Motor insurance premiums in China in 2017 grew by 10% to CNY752 billion (US$118 billion), according to insurance industry data. The pace of growth was similar to the 10.3% posted in 2016 that fuelled motor insurance premiums to CNY683.46 billion.
