A 14 year old boy stole a bag containing Rs 2.5 lakh in cash from Arun medical shop at Phusro here on Thursday afternoon. In his complaint to the Bermo police , retired CCL doctor Dr R.K. Singh of Phusro said that while purchasing medicine from the medical hall the minor boy managed to sneak in and grab a small blue bag which contained Rs 2.5 lakh cash, said Inspector cum officer in-charge Novel Kujur .
According to reports Dr R.K. Singh, who was coming back from State Bank of India after withdrawing Rs 2.5 at Phusro branch and all cash, was kept in a blue bag.
At around 2 pm he reached at Arun Medical hall for purchasing some medicine and kept his bag nearby table, Just after taking his medicines he noticed that bag was missing .I searched for it frantically and saw that one 14 year –old boy who was picking up the bag and meeting another person just after 400 meters away from the medical hall .How ever I have still have been able to find out how they escaped from the spot on the motorcycle towards Jainamore ,Novel Kujur ,Inspector cum Officer-in charge.
In the FIR, Dr R.K. Singh said that unidentified boy took away a bag containing Rs 2.5 lakh which was kept on the table at Arun Medical shop in Phusro bazaar here on Thursday afternoon .He said the incident took place while I was busy taking medicines from the medical hall .Just after few minutes I found that bag containing the Rs 2.5 lakh missing from the table and informed the police ,Dr said
A case has been registered at Bermo police station, the police said “we have try to gather some information from locals and hope to nab the culprits and recover the stolen cash soon, said Kujur.
