Students of the department of Master in Social Work of the Bharathiar University conducted an awareness programme on ‘Importance of education’ to the students of the Corporation Middle School at Tatabad here recently. The programme is conducted mainly for government schools in the city limits. Participating as special guest, general secretary of the Students’ Welfare Trust T.A. Sabeer Ahmed addressed the students.
The programme was moderated by the Assistant Headmistress of the school Jayarathiram, says a release.
