There has been another victim of the Harvey Weinstein scandal — only this time it is famed Swiss chocolatier, Lindt.

Variety reports that the latest victim claims that The Weinstein Company owe Lindt & Sprüngli, Inc an amount of $133,000 after a Golden Globes party was cancelled.

In 2015, the company had reportedly made a three-year agreement — amounting to $400,000 — with Weinstein Co. to promote their brand at the Golden Globe after-parties organised by the disgraced producer's company.

But this year, Weinstein Co obviously had to cancel the event on account of the scandal engulfing its founder. Lindt alleges that they have not been reimbursed yet despite promising the payment, latest, by early January.

Lindt has filed a lawsuit alleging breach of contract, conversion, and unjust enrichment.

Harvey Weinstein, 65, was one of Hollywood’s most influential men before more than 80 women — including Rose McGowan, Salma Hayek, Uma Thurman and Mira Sorvino — accused him of sexual misconduct, including rape. In light of the scandal, many other women came forward to accuse several prominent names including Kevin Spacey, Brett Ratner, and Dustin Hoffman of sexual misconduct. Soon, millions of others took to social media to share their stories of being sexually harassed or assaulted, using the #MeToo hastag worldwide.
