Hilton (NYSE: HLT) and tristar Austria GmbH have signed a franchise agreement to open Hampton by Hilton Vienna Messe. Located close to the business district and Vienna Messe, a conference and exhibition centre, the new-build hotel will include 194 guest-rooms and is expected to welcome its first guests in 2020.

The success of our partnership with tristar GmbH is supporting the rapid growth of Hilton brands in Central Europe, and this hotel joins more than 120 Hampton by Hilton hotels across Europe.

Equipped with a hotel bar, restaurant, fitness centre and work zone, the property will have the facilities to cater for leisure and business travellers alike.

IG Immobilien and will be located at Perspektivstrasse 6, 1020 Vienna, Austria as part of a highly attractive project called "Prater Glacis".
