Forbes Travel Guide unveiled its annual Star Rating list, naming Four Seasons Hotel Seattle as a Forbes Travel Guide Five Star hotel and The Spa at Four Seasons Hotel Seattle as a Four Star spa. Both accolades are the highest ranking received in their respective categories for any hotel or spa in Washington state.
“As we celebrate the Hotel’s 10th anniversary this year, we are extremely proud to once again be the only hotel in Washington state to receive this award,” said Michael Pedder, General Manager of Four Seasons Hotel Seattle. “We are powered by our people and are thrilled to be recognised for the dedication and service they provide to all our guests.”
Forbes Travel Guide Five Star hotels are outstanding, often iconic properties with virtually flawless service and amazing facilities. The Hotel’s location next to Pike Place Market, the Seattle Art Museum and Seattle Great Wheel make it a natural destination to explore the best of the city and the Hotel’s concierge team and knowledgeable staff provide insider recommendations for memorable experiences.
“Our team often makes the difference between a good stay and a great stay,” continued Pedder. “Whether it’s the culinary team creating a unique dinner with the seasonal Trust the Chef menu, or anticipating a guest’s needs at The Spa, our service coupled with all the resort-style amenities and value the Hotel provides is what keeps us a number one choice when visiting Seattle.”
“We are pleased to honour the 2018 Star Rating recipients, an exceptional collection of hotels, restaurants and spas that demonstrates a strong culture of service,” said Gerard J. Inzerillo, Chief Executive Officer of Forbes Travel Guide. “These properties, the largest and most global group in the company’s history, achieve an impeccable standard of excellence in hospitality, underscoring our overall mission of positively contributing to the international tourism industry as well as individual hotel experience.”
The Five Star award is on the heels of being recognised as one of the best hotels in U.S. News & World Report’s “Best Hotels 2018.” The 147 guest rooms and suites, some of the largest in the city, feature views of Elliott Bay or the vibrant downtown core and Seattle Art Museum.
