BMW launches F 750 GS, F 850 GS

PANAJI: BMW Motorrad India has launched the all-new BMW F 750 GS and the all-new BMW F 850 GS Wednesday in India at the Auto Expo 2018. The all-new BMW F 750 GS and the all-new BMW F 850 GS will be available as completely built-up units (CBU) and can be booked at BMW Motorrad dealerships from Wednesday onwards. Deliveries will begin from May 2018 onwards. Timo Resch, vice president – marketing and sales, BMW Motorrad, said, “For more than ten years, GS models of the F series have stood for premium riding enjoyment with typical BMW Motorrad features in the mid-class adventure segment.” The ex-showroom price for BMW F 750 GS is Rs 12,20,000 and BMW F 850 GS is Rs 13,70,000. NTT Com India, Netmagic partners with Nuage Networks

MUMBAI: NTT Com India–Netmagic announced that the company partners with Nuage Networks, the Nokia venture focused on software defined networks (SDN), to enhance its network as a service (NaaS) portfolio based on its innovative software-defined wide area network (SD-WAN) solution. This enables enterprises to automatically route and optimise network traffic and gain visibility of applications performance without spending more on bandwidth. NTT Com India–Netmagic will deploy Nuage’s virtualised network services (VNS) solution at their data centers across the country. Once deployed, NTT Com India–Netmagic’s enterprise customers will experience increased agility and flexibility through automation and will be able to maximise the advantages of cloud.  The deployment will also enable NTT Com India–Netmagic to offer advanced security services. SD-WAN  enables the broader goal of enterprises connecting users to applications in a cost-efficient WAN topology.

 

BMW launches 6th generation M5

PANAJI: The sixth generation of the high performance sedan, the all-new BMW M5 was launched Wednesday at the Auto Expo 2018. The all-new BMW M5 will be available at all BMW dealerships across India as a completely built-up  (CBU) model from Wednesday onwards. The all-new BMW M5 features the new M-specific all-wheel-drive system-M xDrive for the first time. With the M xDrive, the all-new BMW M5 can be piloted with the familiar blend of sportiness and unerring accuracy both on the race track and out on the open road. Vikram Pawah, president, BMW Group India said, “For over three decades, the BMW M5 has been considered as the most sporting and dynamic executive sedan in the world.” The all-new BMW M5 is available in a petrol variant at an ex-showroom price of Rs 1,43,90,000.
