One year later. A year ago this week, former Uber engineer Susan Fowler published a blog post detailing sexual harassment at the fast-growing startup. In the 12 months that followed, Uber faced a reckoning for its bad behavior, including the ousting of CEO Travis Kalanick, and women in a variety of industries, including automotive, have joined Fowler to give voice to instances of harassment in the workplace.
