Matt Grzelcyk tied it at 2-2 at 11:42 on assists by Charlie McAvoy and Riley Nash.
The game-winner by Krejci came after some effective forechecking by David Backes and Danton Heinen.
Anton Khudobin made 18 saves for the win, while Cam Talbot faced 44 shots, stopping 41.
The win came a day after Boston had beaten Calgary in overtime.
