
Veteran actor Kamal Haasan, who is set to launch his political party on Wednesday, will take out a roadshow from Tamil Nadu's Rameswaram and reach Madurai in the evening where he will hoist his party flag. Earlier in the day, the 62-year-old actor visited former president APJ Abdul Kalam's residence.
The actor briefly interacted with Kalam's brother Mohammed Muthumeera Lebbai Maraikkayar while being flanked by other close relatives of the former President.
Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal is also expected to attend the public meeting in Madurai. "Kejriwal will attend the evening public meeting in Madurai on Wednesday," sources close to the actor said. The AAP supremo was also likely to address the meeting, they added.
