The company has been declared L-1 bidder for a new EPC project valued at Rs 380.07 crore by the National Highways Authority of India in the State of Karnataka.
The project includes 2 laning with paved shoulder and 2 laning without paved shoulder to Karnataka / Goa border of NH - 4A in the state of Karnataka on EPC mode.
The trading window for dealing in the securities of the company by its designated employees, directors and promoters shall remain closed from February 20, 2018 to February 22, 2018 (both days inclusive).
The share touched its 52-week high Rs 1,059 and 52-week low Rs 254.00 on 27 December, 2017 and 09 March, 2017, respectively.
Currently, it is trading 11.81 percent below its 52-week high and 267.7 percent above its 52-week low.
At 12:18 hrs Dilip Buildcon was quoting at Rs 933.95, up Rs 16.50, or 1.80 percent.
