Ingredients:-
Paneer – 300 gms
Garlic – 8-10 Buds
Oil – 2 Tablespoons
Onions – 2
Dry red chili – 2-3
Red Chilli Paste – 1 Tablespoon
Red Chili Sauce – 1 Tablespoon
Vegetable stock- half cup
Capsicum-1
Soya Sauce – 1 Tablespoon
Black pepper powder – half a spoon
Cornflour- 3 Tablespoons
Vinegar-1 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Method :-
To make Garlic Paneer’s Sabji, first heat the oil in a pan and when the oil becomes hot, then pour the red chilli in it. After this add garlic, onion and paneer to it. Let it cook well.
Then add red chili paste, red chili sauce, capsicum, soya sauce, vegetable stock salt, black pepper powder, cornflour, garlic, vinegar and some water to it.
When all these are cooked well then stop the gas.
Your paneer vegetable is ready. Serve it along with rice or chapati.
