The actor along with director Senna Hegde and Pooja Devariya.

Looks like, Diganth prefers to maintain silence and let his work do the talk. The Chowka actor has recently completed shoot for the film Fortuner, directed by J Manjunath and has also recently got done with Senna Hegde’s directorial Katheyondu Shuruvaagide with just a song shoot left for the project.

The actor seem to have gone beyond his acting prowess on the sets of Katheyondu Shuruvaagide  “Showering Senna Hegde with compliments, Diganth says, Senna Hegde is brilliant and technically sound.  “This is the first time, I was doing sync sound, which itself was a great experience.

The director had certain ideas and clarity what he wants from his actors, and for the movie,” says DiganthKatheyondu Shuruvaagide is a romantic entertainer, written and directed by Senna Hegde.

The film is jointly produced by Rakshit Shetty and Pushkara Mallikarjunaiah. Among the other casts of the film, it features Pooja Devariya as the female lead and also features Ashwin Rao Pallakki, Shreya Anchan in the cast.

Diganth was personally impressed by Senna’s debut docudrama  0 -41, and says it is a must watch. “Having started off as a Malayalam director, he had this love for the Kannada language. I also found him very professional, and he became a good friend too. So I enjoyed working with him, and hope to do more films with the director in future.”

Diganth, who is currently at his hometown to attend a family wedding, is also in talks with director Arasu Anthare which will most likely be his next project. “I am in discussion,  and if everything goes as per plan, we will start shooting from March,” says the actor. He is now waiting for his films to release, which the actor says might take a while. “Election and cricket have pushed some films forward, and hoping that my two films will see its release just after we vote and as cricket fever dies down,” he says.
