Agriculture Minister Radha Mohan Singh has reiterated the government's commitment to double the income of farmers by 2022. Inaugurating a national conference on doubling farmers income in New Delhi today, Mr Singh said, the poor, farmers and rural population have always been the focus of Narendra Modi government and this year's general budget reflects on this commitment.
