There have been several reports which claimed Nokia was launching another flagship device around August this year, which was to be called the Nokia 10. Now some reports have emerged which point out that the phone being launched is actually the Nokia 8 Pro and the device is set to a have an unusual, Penta-lens system.

A penta-lens would mean that this Nokia device will have a jaw-dropping five-camera setup wherein the rear camera may include a rotating zoom camera technology, as per a report by Nokiapoweruser. This pro-version of the device has been rumoured to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 SoC and apart from that, it should have more or less the same specs as the Nokia 8, said the report.

The camera system, according to the report, will be made by Carl Zeiss, who have collaborated on earlier Nokia devices as well. In terms of the design, aside from the rotating zoom camera setup, the rear part of the Nokia 8 Pro seems to have the same design as seen on the Nokia 8. The front, however, is tipped to have an 18:9, bezel-less display.
