Introducing Dr Love, who solves your relationship riddles in a confusing digital age

I am a 25-year-old man, who was in a relationship with a girl from a different faith. We were together for a year and a half. She wanted to boost her career by going abroad, and I was happy for her. Three months after moving there, she broke up with me, saying there was no spark left in the relationship. I found out eventually that she had cheated on me. I was depressed, blocked her on all social media platforms and, eventually, put that episode behind me and started doing well again. She recently came back to India and contacted me using a different number. I could not resist and began chatting with and falling for her again. She claims she still loves me, but is less responsive whenever we talk. I am losing my ability to think straight because of this unconditional feeling towards her. What do I do?

I'm not sure why this is difficult for you to deal with. The two of you had a relationship that failed to work because she cheated on you and assumed there was nothing holding her back. She isn't responsive even now, after all that has happened, because it's clear that she doesn't think of you as someone she has no doubts about being with. She ended it the last time because she wasn't confident of the relationship back then too. If you can't get her out of your mind, why don't you simply ask her to get in touch with you only after she has had time to evaluate whether or not she wants you in her life? If she can't figure it out, after all this time, it's pretty safe to assume that this won't work out even if the two of you get back together again. If she can't decide a second time, you will simply have to move on again because you owe it to yourself. You managed it once, and you will manage it again.
