Role Assistant Manager Export Marketing Merchandising Noida 5 5 day working per week Work Experience 6 Years Place of Posting NSEZ Sector 82 Noida Salary Up to 9 0 Lac PA Working 5 5 days Week Sunday Alternate Saturday Off Brief Overview Highly resourceful with good contacts network with overseas buyers buying houses to identify and close new business opportunities in hard goods such as Metal Wood Glass and Ceramics from buying houses in international market with effective skills in planning designing developing and implementing export sales and account management strategies Role Responsibilities Business Generation Meet sales target with international clients through exports Keep very close liaison with overseas customers and be in their list of Best supplier by offering great value for money Study market potential in comparison to our existing coverage of the global market Competitor mapping and benchmark with focus on making inroads in their sales territory and customer acquisition Account Management with thrust on Account Mining Up-Selling and Cross Selling Merchandising and Liaison with the Buying Houses Customers Maintain effective liaison with international Buying Houses and regular visits to buying houses Ensure timely and effective communication with buying houses and attend their queries Coordinate with internal sampling and purchase team to finalize samples within budgeted cost Ensure availability of sample products for international buyers by analyzing their trends and meet their needs within defined parameters New Product Development Study market trends global demand design inputs from the Buyers get the new design developed with the help of in-house designers Sampling department Prepare offer sheet and quote sheets as per buyer requirement and introduce new products developments in-line with tastes and preferences of buyers New product development in Hard good like Metal glass ceramics and wood either in isolation or in combination including different type of Plating Finish and etching New Market Development opportunities Identify prospective international clients to grow export market for decorative Lamp Shades metal glass ceramic wood products for Lamps bathroom accessories luxury furnishing and hardware brassware Participation in Fairs Exhibitions Co-ordination of international Fairs Exhibition activities Understand brand image of the customers visiting stalls in fairs maintain effective follow-up and proactively respond to their queries with desired samples
