AP/PTI After a comfortable win in the 2nd T20I against the Proteas women. Women in Blue would now look to seal the series against the South African women in the 3rd T20I. The match, which is slated to take place at New Wanderers Stadium, Johannesburg, is the third of the five-match series.
Both team from men to women look unbeatable in both format as they dominate them in their own condition. Opener Mithali Raj and Smriti Mandhana scored brilliant 50s as the Indian women’s cricket team won the match by 9 wickets. Meanwhile, in the opening match of the series, Mithali Raj scored an unbeaten 54 runs off 48 deliveries to lead the visitors to a seven-wicket victory over South Africa at Senwes Park on Tuesday.
The Indian women’s cricket team is being led by Harmanpreet Kaur with Smriti Mandhana as vice-captain. While Mandhana had a good run in the first T20, Kaur was run out for duck in the match.
