Job Title Product Marketing Manager - B2B Professional LED Lighting No of Positions 01 Reporting to Head Marketing Location Mumbai Position will be responsible for defining executing the Go-to-Market strategy for specific Consumer Lighting Distribution Channel in cooperation with Sales Product Marketing Team Key Responsibilities Identify Product gaps introduce appropriate products improve customer experience grow market share Collaborate with internal stakeholders as well as external stakeholders for driving sales growth Develop product pricing and positioning strategies Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources Drive product launches including making necessary collaterals Create specific product promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the organizations strategy is effectively conveyed Regular interaction with customers market to be updated on latest trends Profile Master of Business Administration Marketing a related discipline 5 years of responsible roles in any combination of Product Marketing roles in B2B domain 5 years in market customer facing operations involving different go-to-market models Demonstrated understanding of business operations marketing principles and management skills and techniques Excellent communicating skills and ability to engage well with employees at all levels of the organization Be a great team player who thrives in working with a multi-cultural team A proactive approach underpinned by well-developed organizational and time management skills Strong analytical skills especially in areas of measuring marketing effectiveness and gaining customer insights
