BAMS Doctors Required as Product Manager marketing


To meet minimum 100 doctors and 40 50 retailers per month in joint field work Around 10 - 12 days in a month of outdoor duty with the PSR with a view to ascertain the market demand training needs of the field force and to analyze the efficacy of the marketing campaign Regular Field work To implement the marketing campaign effectively by coordinating with the field force and the Clients and ensuring that the target of the campaign is achieved To monitor competitors products activities incl market prices of competitors and propose changes in the product development marketing strategy of products To prepare communication presentation strategy for each product assigned so as to increase the market share of the product To Select finalize Dispatch all the Promotional material within the stipulated time and analyze market feedback on the same received from field staff To participate in CME and cycle meetings of the group and provide technical training to the field force and assess the efficacy of training
