Ujjain: On the auspicious occasion of Mahashivratri, the Mysore Deep Perfumery House (MDPH) donated 5 ft tall mega agarbattis to various Jyotirlinga temples across the country, including the Mahakaleshwar Temple. A release informed that the MDPH placed these innovative incense sticks before the Shiva idols at Mahakaleshwar Temple, Omkareshwar Temple (Madhya Pradesh), Grishneshwer Temple, and Aurangabad (Maharashtra). These super sized ‘agarbattis’ have been manufactured at its state-of-the-art factory at Indore (Madhya Pradesh).
The company also distributed 5000 free agarbatti packs amongst devotees at these temples to create awareness for their power of prayers campaign with India’s ace cricketer MS Dhoni. Indian agarbatti or incense sticks have undergone a major makeover over the last few years, thanks to the consistent efforts of a few major Indian incense stick manufacturers, who are innovating and setting new standards in the field. MP based MDPH has been on a mission to spread the message of the power of prayers through its nation-wide campaign ‘prarthna hogi sweekar’ with its wide array of products for the national as well as global market.
