Almond Milk:

This milk is made up from Mixture of almonds, water and sugar. The creamy texture of this milk is Like Regular Milk. This milk is rich source of Vitamin E and has less calories as compare to Cow’s milk.

Rice Milk:

This Milk is made from boiled Rice. This milk is very beneficial for those who have Digestive problems.
