PNB scam: Rahul says India needs an explantion from PM Modi

After party spokesperson Abhishek Singhvi threatened to drag Nirmala Sitharaman to court over linking him to Niravgate, Rahul Gandhi questioned PM Modi's silence on the Rs 11,300 crore scam, which is being billed as the biggest in India's banking history.
