Job Description The candidate will be responsible for L1 level based Voice Non-Voice Help desk support for IT applications within the BOSCH group The individual must possess the basic skills abilities and demonstrate that she he can perform the essential functions Role Responsibility To Monitor and Dispatch Incidents tickets to the right solution group To provide Level 1 support for Tools Applications and co-ordinate until closure Efficient dealing of complaints to completion and achieving customer satisfaction Report Creation using MS excel tools Qualifications BS in Computer Science Information Technology Computer Technology Exposure to ITIL concepts desired but not mandatory Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Good working knowledge in MS Office tools Spoken Written competency in English and Hindi Willing to work in 24x7 shifts Independent handling of Tasks and a quick learner 3 - 24 months of work experience in supporting any tools applications Smart and dynamic Fresher candidates can be considered
