Prime Minister Narendra Modi today reaffirmed India's commitment to sustainable development while ensuring equity, equality and climate justice.
Addressing the World Sustainable Development summit in New Delhi today, Mr Modi said, India believes in growth but it is also committed to protecting environment .
The Prime Minister said, country is on the path of meeting its Copenhagen pledge and reducing emission intensity.
Over 2000 delegates from different countries are participating in the three-day summit.
