Cape Town – News flash! Amy Schumer is a married woman.

Yup, it’s true. The I Feel Pretty actress just pulled off the most secret wedding ever and then shared it with the world on social media.

Amy, on Tuesday, married farmer-turned-chef Chris Fischer – who is reportedly the brother of her assistant – in a private ceremony in Malibu.

According to People.com the couple said, ‘I Do’ in front of 80 guests including Jennifer Lawrence, Jennifer Aniston, Jake Gyllenhaal, Larry David and David Spade.

Amy wore a Monique Lhuillier gown selected just four days before the wedding, People.com reported.

Amy shared a number of photos taken on her special day on Instagram on Thursday. Alongside the first group of photos, Amy simply wrote: “Yup”

Shortly after revealing her marriage, fans, of course, started questioning why the 36-year-old tied the knot so secretively and so soon.

Sharing an official note, Amy clarified that she did not tie the knot because she is pregnant and asked anyone wanting to send gifts to rather donate to Everytown for Gun Safety.
