TDP warns NDA, wants special package

| | Amaravati

The NDA reliable partner, TDP, has openly declared its Union Ministers resignations from Modi Government and put deadline as March 5, the last working day of Parliament. “If Modi Government doesn’t address our demands for the development of the State on March 5, our Union Ministers will submit their resignations”, State’s Minister Adinarayana Reddy said on Thursday here. “We put 19 issues of the State before Union Government promised in the Parliament. If Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley would not announces officially on the floors of  Parliament before, March 5 would be the last day of the alliance with the BJP”, he clarified.

Chief Minister Chandra Babu Naidu is conducting Party internal meetings with the key persons on the strategy to be followed. On Thursday, in Party Coordination Committee, he said, “We are fighting with the Union Government in the interests of the State and Public only. I will not compromise on the State interests in any case. I visited Delhi 29 times on State issues to pressurise Union Government. To achieve the promises made in the Parliament at the time of bifurcation, I will go to any extent. We will not criticize anyone unnecessarily other than State matters. TDP is a discipline party. We have accepted Special Package as the Prime Minister and Finance Minister promised to give monitory benefits more than Special Status. They have not allocated any special funds other than normal allocations along side other States”, and further stated, “time has come to take key political decisions. I know what to do and how to do. Hereafter, I will spend sometime on Party political issues”.

Naidu has criticized YSRCP Chief, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy’s announcement of his MPs resignation on April 6th. “It’s a eyewash game. Another political stunt to fool the people of Andhra Pradesh. He never stood on his words. Earlier he announced his MPs resignation on Special Status and took U turn afraid of CBI and ED cases. Why can’t his MPs resign immediately? Only After TDP and it’s MPs fight in and outside the Parliament, Jagan, who supported the Union Budget which is against State’s interests, took again reverse stand and announced his MPs resignation”, Naidu alleged in the meeting. “Our party stand is clear. We will fight till last minute to achieve the the promises are implemented in real manner. We will continue our protests”, he clarified. The State Ministers K. Kala Venkata Rao, Achcham Naidu, S. Chandra Mohan Reddy, Nakka Anand Babu, K. Narayana, Ganta Srinivasa Rao, Prattipati Pulla Rao, K.S. Jawahar and others openly protesting on Modi Government. They defined Jagan’s announcement as ‘Political Drama’ to cheat the public again and again. “Jagan is trying to escape his cases. He already announced that he will support BJP recently”, they alleged. “As per election commission rules, there will not be any bi election when general election are scheduled within a year. Jagan knows it very well. That’s why he selected April 6th as resignation day of his

five MPs. If he is really sincere, why can’t his MPs resign immediately as they were already declared one year demand”, they challenged.
