Traffic diversion in Coonoor due to CM’s visit
TNN | Feb 17, 2018, 00:35 ISTUdhagamandalam: Traffic on the Ooty-Mettupalayam Road via Coonoor will be diverted on Saturday due to Tamil Nadu chief minister Edappadi K Palanisamy’s visit to Coonoor.
Tourist vehicles and heavy vehicles coming from Mettupalayam to Ooty will be diverted via the Mettupalayam-Kotagiri-Ooty Road from 4pm to 6pm. The downhill traffic will also take the same route to reach the plains. However, light vehicles and government buses will ply on the Ooty-Coonoor-Mettupalayam Road as usual, a release said. TNN
