Free Alzheimer's disease screenings Feb. 16, 17beads for various art projects. the wisconsin alzheimer's disease research center is hosting a free public talk and health screening in honor of african american history month. the 8th annual memory screening is named after solomon carter fuller, the nation's first african american psychiatrist and a pioneer in alzheimer's disease research. dr. susan flowers benton is a post doctoral fellow with the department of community health and family medicine and theresa sanders is the co-chair of the soloman carter fuller planning committee the event starts tomorrow night at 7 pm with a free community talk at fountain of life covenant church on west badger road. and continues with a health fair saturday from 9 am to 3 pm at the village on park street. confidential memory screening appointments can be made at 608-232-3400 but walk in appointments are
