Edible oils recover on renewed demand
Mumbai, Feb 16 (PTI) Groundnut oils and refined palmolein recovered at the Vashi oils and oilseeds wholesale market here today following renewed demand from stockists and retailers.
Elsewhere, linseeds oil also rebounded modestly owing to fresh demand from paint and allied indutries.
While, castorseeds bold and castoroil commercial held stable in absence of any large-scale buying activity.
In the edible segment, groundnut oil regained by Rs 10 per 10kg to Rs 860 from Thursdays closing level of Rs 850 and refined palmolein inched up per 10kg to Rs 634.
Moving to non-edible section, linseeds oil moved up by Rs 10 per 10kg to Rs 810 as against Rs 800.
Castorseeds bold and castoroil commercial closed unchanged at Rs 4,200 per 100kg and Rs 870 per 10kg respectively. PTI BPD
