Vrat Ka Khana For chiwda peel and grate the potatoes and set aside in water. Deep fry the potatoes till golden brown in colour by removing excess water from them. Then deep fry the peanuts and later green chillies in the same oil. Drain and cool down to room temperature. Mix the fried ingredients along with powdered sugar and rock salt.Store in an air tight container. Make ginger and green chilli paste for pattice.
