Auriant Mining AB announces sale of Solcocon mining equipment

As part of its ongoing program to optimise its asset base, Auriant Mining AB confirms it has sold mining equipment previously used on Solcocon mine which is currently not in use. Bulldozers, excavators, dumpers and auxiliary equipment have been sold to LLC Uryumkan for a total consideration of RUB 105 million (approximately USD 1.85 million). This equipment was previously the subject of lease arrangements with LLC Uryumkan.

The Company will use money from this transaction to finance operating activities at Tardan during 2018.
