KSTDC partners with KSRTC to promote tourism

The Karnataka State Tourism Development Corporation (KSTDC) has joined hands with the Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) to promote tourism in Karnataka and the nearby states through package tours.

This is the first such agreement between both the departments, where package tours of KSTDC are available for booking through the KSRTC website also known as Avataar portal. The package tours are also available on the KSRTC App and KSTDC website www.kstdc.co. People can book packages through agents while booking for KSRTC tickets.

Through the integration, the KSTDC and the KSRTC will succeed in better reach and meet the demand for well curated packages. The KSTDC has been offering over 30 package tours to tourist and pilgrimage destinations. It is expected that the popularity of these package tours shall go up, with the integration of KSTDC's tours on the KSRTC's web portal, said KSTDC managing director, Kumar Pushkar.
