Amazon Officially Axes 'Transparent' Actor Jeffrey Tambor Amazon Studios announced the news on Thursday after ending an internal investigation.

Back in the fall of 2017, Tambor was accused of sexual harassment twice by two women working on the series.

His co-star, Trace Lysette, gave her account of what happened.
