under section 80C

weather claim deduction under section 80C for expanses payment of deed and registration fees for transfer of land which is use
for the purpose of making house.

It cannot be claimed u/s 80C. But it can be reduced from sale consideration for the purpose of calculating capital gains.

but at the same time u can claim deduction of stamp duty paid
