They added: "Kamal wants to do everything in a professional and proper manner, since his aim is to bring a systematic change in Tamil Nadu politics. Hence, he is keen at registering the party at the earliest."



On February 21, the 'Indian' actor will start his political journey with the launch of the party with a state-wide tour from Rameswaram, the birthplace of the former president APJ Abdul Kalam. Later in the day, he will address a public meeting in Madurai.

To focus on politics, he has decided to quit cinema. Talking to a news channel on Tuesday, he said, "Except for the two films which are coming out, there will be no more films for me."
