Piyaa Albela starts with Pooja(Sheen Dass) and Dadaji listening to Naren(Akshay Mhatre) as he gets to know about the union strike in his factory. Naren decides to teach the union people a lesson. Rahul asks Naren not to worry and that he himself will handle the situation but naren wants to go there himself. Rahul tells Neelima that now is the time for taking over Naren’s properties and power. Naren checks for the union files but does not get it while his secretary tells him that probably the file is in his old room. Pooja hears this and is happy that Naren will come to their room. Pooja sits waiting for Naren as she hides his file in a drawer. She tells Naren that the key is with her. She sings and dances before Naren to cool him. Pooja tries to make him understand that he is angry and probably in his anger he might destroy everything . She asks him to calmly listen to the union before he reacts. Naren pays no heed to this and walks off. Later Rahul is preparing the union to revolt against Naren and also to increase Naren’s anger. He asks the union leader who is on the verge of making a deal with Naren to wait inside the cabin for Naren. As Naren comes to the office Rahul tells him that the union leader entered the cabin by force. Naren is infuriated by this and charges in. There inside the union fellows have cow dung over them and they think this is done by Naren. They lash out at Naren and also slap dung on Rahul’s face. A furious Naren hits the leader and asks him to leave and that none of their demands will be fulfilled.
Harish meets Chandrika and asks her to control Pooja who is changing the lifestyle of his house. He says that he will throw Pooja out if she forgets her limits. Pooja sees the news and comes to know that Naren has been asked to say sorry as he slapped the union leaders . Rahul does a happy dance as Nain atoo arrives there and they both put up a good act of falling for each other. Harish screams at Naren for ruining the situation.Harish says that it is his mistake that he handed over everything to Naren who is getting very overconfident. Pooja takes Naren’s side as she says that Naren can handle everything. Harish asks Pooja to leave and speak to her mother waiting outside. Pooja comes out and meets Chandrika who asks her to promise her that she would keep away from Naren’s office matters and become a good wife. Chandrika threatens to forget Pooja if she does not listen to her.
