The first two of its 14 workshops for 2018 were held by Bright in Guildford and central London in early February.

Nearly 100 independent travel agents from 68 agencies as well as Home Workers attended the BRIGHT, (Bringing Real Information & Guaranteed High Quality Training) latest events. The events were hosted by members from Kirker Holidays, Oceania Cruises, Inside Japan, Cox and Kings, Mark Warner, Sunvil, First Class Holidays, Exodus, Veloso, African Pride and Viking Cruises.

The evening’s sponsor was The Alentejo Region of Portugal. The top prize from Mark Warner of a Fam. trip to Turkey was won by Carol Smith from Freedom Travel.

Agents attended from Air Viceroy, Beckenham Travel, Classic Travel, Colletts Travel, Coop Personal Travel Advisors, Darrell James Travel, Diplomat Travel, Fabulicious Travel, Fourways Travel, Gracetime Travel, Hermes Travel, Highgate Travel, Luxury Travel Guru, Mintex Travel, Nigel Dean Travel, Not Just Travel, On Your Travels, Pall Mall Travel, Spirit Away Travel, Travel Mania, Star Travel, Gadabout Travel and 17 Travel Counsellors .

Said Hisham Mahmoud, chairman of Bright, ”We have started the new year with an excellent attendance from our Independent agent colleagues in Guildford and London.  Our target for this year is to meet and share product information with 550 agents.”
