An engineering student from Dhumat village in Kendrapara district was arrested on theft charges, police said. The arrested is a final year Diploma Engineering student, they said.
The student had allegedly committed a theft at the native house of Gajapati Collector Sudhanshu Mohan Samal on January 11.
